Strength Training / Hypertrophy

Strength training is an important part of an overall fitness program. People of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from it and the good thing is, you do not need to spend hours a day lifting weights to see results. You can see significant improvements with strength in just 2 or 3 20-30 minute training sessions per week.

Lean muscle mass naturally diminishes with age and your body fat percentage will increase over time IF you do not do anything to replace the lean muscle!
